Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. If you are outside these places and would like to order, email team@airkitto.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.

Delivery cost and time

United Kingdom: 5.00 GBP, free on orders over 49 GBP, 3 to 5 business days.
Ireland: 5.00 GBP, free on orders over 49 GBP, 3 to 5 business days.
Jersey: free, 1 to 2 business days.
Guernsey: free, 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery estimates run from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Order processing

We dispatch your order within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday go out on the next working day. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as it leaves us.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown include VAT or GST for the destination you are shopping from, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery within the countries listed above.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email team@airkitto.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel is genuinely lost, send a replacement or refund you. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will put it right.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could accept it, we refund the goods but not the original postage, and you are welcome to order again.
