A YKK zip secures the contents. A snap-down flap covers the zip — preventing accidental opens, sweat-snags, and prying fingers. Two locks, one motion.

95% cotton, 5% spandex. Thick enough to hold its shape under a weighted pocket. Soft enough to wear straight off a 12-hour flight.

How big is the pocket exactly?
Sized to hold up to 2 standard passports plus a boarding pass. Or one passport and a phone (depending on phone size — fits most up to 6.7 inches comfortably).
Can the pocket open by accident?
No. The pocket has two closures: a YKK zip inside, and a snap-down flap on top. Both have to be opened deliberately. It won't pop open if you bend, jog, or fall asleep.
What's the fit like?
Slightly oversized, unisex. The 220 GSM weight and spandex blend give it structure without being heavy. S fits 36–38 chest, M fits 39–41, L fits 42–44 (inches).
Is it comfortable to wear all day?
Yes — the 5% spandex gives it stretch and the cotton breathes. Designed for long-haul flights, but soft enough for daily wear once you're home.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Empty the pocket first (yes, we've had to say it). Tumble dry low or hang dry. The zip and flap hold up through repeat washes.
