How does the "fill with clothes" thing actually work?
Open the zip, stuff in whatever soft clothing you've already packed — a sweater, two or three t-shirts, a fleece. Zip it closed. It becomes your neck pillow for the flight. When you arrive, take the clothes out and wear them. The empty shell folds flat into the included carabiner pouch.
What if I don't have clothes to fill it with?
Anything soft works — a microfiber towel, a hoodie, a fleece blanket. We've tested it with rolled-up sweatpants for solo travelers who pack light. The shell holds its shape with whatever you put inside.
